5. Order Process
A contract is formed once your payment is successfully processed. You'll receive an email confirmation shortly after. Payments are handled securely via trusted payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, suspected fraud, or pricing inaccuracies.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order without giving a reason. Contact us via email and return the item unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
7. Returns & Refunds
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original packaging intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Due to the limited and collectible nature of the Royal Pop, we strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.

9. Product Authenticity & Quality
Every item in our store is physically inspected and verified for authenticity before dispatch. Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only — not misuse, wear, or improper handling. Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We aim to deliver within 30 days unless otherwise specified. In case of delays, we will notify you promptly. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund.
