The ORENJI HACHI pocket watch features a navy dial with a tapisserie effect, as well as hour markers and hands coated in Grade A Super-LumiNova® (blue emission). It has a sapphire crystal that offers enhanced scratch resistance and features an anti‑reflective coating. Reminiscent of AP's Royal Oak collection, it has a navy octagonal bezel and crown made from Bioceramic and eight orange hexagonal Bioceramic screws welded to the case. Both the case and the bezel feature a vertical satin finish, giving the watch a pure, refined look. This watch is powered by a hand-wound version of our signature SISTEM51 movement with a Lépine-style layout with the crown positioned at 12 o’clock. The watch features a transparent sapphire‑glass caseback adorned with a digitally printed Pop Art design and comes with a high-quality navy calfskin lanyard with contrasting orange stitching, which can be removed and replaced as desired thanks to a Bioceramic attachment. The collaboration logos appear on the dial and crown, while the collection logo is featured on the dial and caseback.
The watches in the Royal Pop Collection are powered by a brand-new version of our signature SISTEM51 movement, redesigned as a hand-wound caliber that connects the wearer to the rich heritage of watchmaking.
The movement is on full display through a transparent sapphire caseback, complete with a Pop Art–inspired print that gives it a fun twist. The mainspring barrel adds another visual highlight, acting as both a standout detail and an indicator of the watch’s power reserve.
The Royal Oak collection has been Audemars Piguet's icon since its debut in 1972. Defined by its bold stainless steel design, octagonal bezel with eight hexagonal screws, “tapisserie” dial and integrated bracelet, it stands as a symbol of innovation and avant‑garde craftsmanship in fine watchmaking.
